3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jilibbcom may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Deposits. jilibbcom accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilibbcom does not accept deposits from third parties.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. jilibbcom aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on jilibbcom are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibbcom is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.4 Fraud Prevention. jilibbcom employs automated fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers will be suspended pending investigation. jilibbcom reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000. Higher amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilibbcom are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method. jilibbcom reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the use of third-party software — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window.

9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilibbcom makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11.1 By jilibbcom. jilibbcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other reason jilibbcom deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting jilibbcom support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilibbcom reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilibbcom's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. jilibbcom is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
